About Us

Our history

Our history

Our history

The organization was formally organized after more than 2 decades of successfully mentoring fellow Latinos in the community. The basis was a network of professionals built over the same time period.

Our mission

Our history

Our history

The mission of the organization is to serve as a resource to assist underprivileged minorities by providing a network of established professionals to provide guidance and encouragement toward a productive future.

How to use our Website

Head over to our The Network section and find an occupation you are interested in. Read the many bios and drop us an email requesting to be connected with a Mentor of your choice from the network.

We will reach out to the Mentor to grant access and you will either be contacted by the Mentor or you will be given the Mentors' contact information.

This service is completely free!

Once you achieve your career, we ask that you give back by becoming a member and mentoring the next generation.

Mentoring

Our network consists of established professionals, business owners and community leaders who make themselves available to guide others towards a specific career. The majority of persons we mentor are high school students and recent graduates however, persons of all ages are encouraged to reach out to us for guidance.

Members are vetted to ensure compliance with our community standards and guidelines policy. If you feel you can share some insight and guidance of how you became successful in your career, send us an email with a brief bio to begin the process.
